Prairie Environmental Consulting, LLC, is a fully insured inspection AND abatement firm located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota specializing in the inspection and removal of hazardous materials  in South Dakota.  PEC offers practical solutions for commercial and residential buildings based on expert technical knowledge and years of field experience.

PEC is owned and operated in Sioux Falls, South Dakota by Jason Biggins, who has over 13 years of experience in the inspection and abatement business.  Jason has been conducting asbestos, methamphetamine, and mold inspections in South Dakota since 2011, and has served as project coordinator and superintendent on many abatement and remediation projects.  He also has experience bidding jobs, designing projects, and writing work specifications for jobs involving removal of hazardous materials.  His experiences, both in the office as well as "in the field" are invaluable when it comes to finding practical, cost effective solutions to issues involving indoor air quality and hazardous materials removal.
